Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you the next business day after we pick them up.
No, but you must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.

We will charge the card you placed the order on when its ready and shoot you a text!
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches or ties. Please No open bags.
Simply login to suspend recurring pickup orders for the time you are away. Resuming is just as easy!
